SIZING
- How do I know what size to get? Sizing isn't an exact science and can vary across different brands. We do our best to provide a size guide for each item in the product description. Please note that "unisex" items tend to run true to size (unless otherwise noted), whereas "women's fit" items tend to run smaller.
- Do you offer size charts for your apparel? Yes, please click here for size charts for all apparel. Additionally, please review the product description for specific measurements.
ORDERS
- An item(s) is missing from my order? Oh no! Please know that some items may ship separately, so before contacting us, we recommend checking your email for your order confirmations to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. Please use the USPS tracking number provided to track your additional packages. Otherwise, feel free to contact us with additional questions.
- Can I cancel or edit an order? We try to fulfill orders very quickly! Therefore, your item moved into production when you place your order. However, if you made a mistake on your shipping address or ordered the wrong size, you have one hour to cancel your order. If it's past the one hour time limit, your order has already moved into processing and we are no longer able to make adjustments.
- What forms of payment do you accept? We offer a variety of easy and secure ways to pay. To provide you with ease of mind, our website is hosted through Shopify, a globally renowned and secure platform. All major credit cards are accepted, in addition to PayPal or Shop pay.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will my order ship?
As part of our "We Care" stance to reduce waste, each product is printed on demand to ensure only "wanted" items hit the marketplace. Therefore, your item is physically made when you place your order. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with an expected delivery date. *Be sure to tick the box at checkout to enable shipping notifications.
- Do all items in my order ship together? To expedite your order, some items may ship separately.
- Where do you ship from? As part of our "We Care" stance, we prioritize U.S.A. based manufacturers for our product and apparel portfolio.
- Do I receive a tracking number? If you select "send shipping notifications" at checkout, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number (this could be USPS or DHL). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available within the USPS or DHL system. Using your tracking number sent by email, track your package via USPS on their website.
- How long does shipping and delivery take?
Generally, we recommend that you allow up to 10 business days from the date of receiving your shipping confirmation email. This time estimate allots for the custom printing of your item, plus transit time by the USPS.
- What shipping carrier is used? USPS is primarily used for all of our continental U.S. shipping. In some occasions, DHL is used. Once the product(s) have left the manufacturer, it is out of our control and we do the best we can to communicate estimated delivery dates to you.
- How is shipping calculated? Shipping options will be available for selection at checkout. Options include standard, economy, and express, based on the items in your order. Each item can be different.
- What is your shipping policy? Our full detailed shipping policy can be found here.
- How is tax calculated? Tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For all orders shipping to Maryland (where our business is based) will have a 6% sales tax applied. Tax for all other states currently does not apply (this is subject to change).

- What is For The Love Of doing for the environment? For The Love Of cares about the health of the land we use daily to do the things we love. So whenever possible, we make eco-conscious choices for our business and the quality goods we provide.
- Our goal is to have minimal to no landfill contribution and maintain a U.S.A. based business.
- Our selected manufacturers prioritize humane, sustainable, environmental and eco-friendly practices.
- We opt for compostable and/or recyclable packaging and we avoid the use of plastic whenever possible.
