Refund policy

Thank you for being a For The Love Of Triathlon customer. Our triathlon community is special to us, so we are happy to work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied.

We offer size exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase (after receiving your item). 

Eligibility for exchanges:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a standard gift credit for the value of your item(s).

Orders placed during the holiday season have a longer grace period, we accept exchanges through January 31st. (Holiday season is defined as the months of November and December.)

EXCHANGES
To make an exchange, please send us an email at hello@fortheloveoftriathlon.com
Please make the subject EXCHANGE and in the email body please include your order number and size of item you would like to receive in exchange.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will immediately evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund, which is outside of our control.
